Application and After-Sales Service

1.Suitable for inoculation treatment of gray cast iron and nodular cast iron, fine graphite.
2.Suitable for inoculation treatment of gray cast iron or ductile iron with strict requirements on air tightness or leakage.
3.It is suitable for the inoculation treatment of ductile iron castings in the ladle with long heat preservation time and long pouring time.
4.The silicon-barium-calcium inoculant increases the graphitization core, refines the graphite, promotes the A-type graphite in the gray iron castings, and improves the strength. For the ductile iron castings, it can make the graphite balls in the ductile iron smaller and round, and improve the spheroidization grade.
5.It is easier to dissolve and absorb than ordinary inoculants, and can reduce the gas content in molten iron.
6.The anti-decay ability is strong, the anti-decay time is twice that of FeSi75, and its added amount is lower than half of the 75 ferrosilicon inoculant. At the same time, it prevents the associated spheroidization decline, the wall thickness sensitivity is small, and the organization is uniform.
